Tilt Tray
A tilt-tray sorter for distributing cargo to one or both sides. Each carrier moves an item on a tray; at the required point the tray tilts and the item slides onto a chute or the next conveyor.

Gentle sorting on an adjustable tray
Task: distribute cargo of different shapes and types to several destinations while keeping discharge speed under control.
Solution: trays travel along a closed route, tilt at the discharge point and return to their starting position. The tilt angle can be adjusted for standard and fragile cargo.
Result: one- or two-sided sorting, multiple feed points and a wide combination of products and cargo on one line.

What Tilt Tray delivers
Two-sided routing
Cargo can be sent to either side of the track, placing more destinations beside the trays and using space efficiently.
Different cargo types
The system accepts cargo of different shapes and types, with automated infeed conveyors available.
